Shall Section 3.07 of the City Charter be amended to revise the title thereof from "Salary and Expenses" to "Compensation and Expenses" and to change the methodology of fixing the salaries of the Mayor and City Commissioners by eliminating a subsequent referendum approval thereof and by limiting teh amount of same by reference to twenty-five (25%) per cent of the salaries payable, from time to time, to the commissioners of Broward County, as determined by the laws of the State of Florida?
