As enacted by the Florida Legislature in House Bill 1359 (Chapter 2005-334, Laws of Florida), shall the geographic unincorporated area known as "Country Acres Area, " and as described in Section 2 of said legislation, be annexed into the City of Coral Springs or the City of Parkland, effective September 15, 2006?
