Attention Candidates

Please be informed of the name, location, and address of the qualifying office for Broward County candidates who qualify with the Broward County Supervisor of Elections:

8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday

Note: the qualifying period for County Office and Special Districts will be from noon, Monday, June 10, 2024, through noon, Friday, June 14, 2024. Notwithstanding the mandatory period, a qualifying office may accept and hold qualifying papers submitted up to 14 days prior to the beginning of the qualifying period, to be processed and filed during the qualifying period (F.S. 99.061(6)).

Form 1 Statement of Financial Interest

Beginning January 1, 2024, each person required to file a Statement of Financial Interest (Form 1) will be required to do so electronically with the Florida Commission on Ethics via the new Electronic Financial Disclosure Management System (EFDMS). It will begin with the e-filing of the 2023 Form 1, Form 1X, and 2024 Form 1F.

Local officers that are required to file the Form 1 and Form 1X for 2022 and prior, as well as, Form 1F for 2023 and prior will need to submit the paper version of the form with the Supervisor of Elections office of the county in which they reside.
